2002 Annual Awards Banquet

RESERVATION LIST

Connecticut Swimming is pleased to announce that the 2002 Annual Awards Banquet will be held Sunday November 3, 2002 at the Aqua Turf.  It is at this event that we recognize our athletes for their outstanding performance. 

Selection Criteria:  Scholar-Athletes and Connecticut Top 16 times from all the meets in the 2001-2002 short course season and 2002 long course season in an individual event in the following age groups: 10/U, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16, 17/18 and Senior.  This includes the Open Water Championship.

Below is a list of athletes invited to the banquet.  If your name is on the list, please download the Athlete Reservation Packet and print it.  Send the reservation form(s) and payment to Peter Boucher and jacket order form to Nan Cooper by September 27th.  YOU MUST MAIL IN A RESERVATION FORM IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE BANQUET.

Club Affiliation:  swimmers are listed by club that he/she was registered with when an individual Connecticut Top 16 time was achieved.  If a swimmer changed clubs during the 2001-2002 season and achieved Connecticut Top 16 times with both clubs, then that swimmer will be listed twice with both clubs.  All swimmers achieving Connecticut Top 16 times at the CIAC championship meets are listed UN.  Please indicate the club you would like to sit with at the banquet on your banquet reservation form.

Post Card Invitations will be mailed out September 6-9, 2002.  Please submit questions/corrections regarding the invitation list and jacket orders to Nan Cooper in the CSI Office.  All other questions should be directed to Peter Boucher 860-649-7368.
