Connecticut Swimming's Age Group Championship was held July 24-27, 2008 at Wesleyan University and Cheshire Community Pool. Over 1,000 athletes competed in 142 events; 3,500 splashes were recorded; 14 CSI records were broken and 92 athletes went on to compete at the Eastern Zone Age Group All-Star meet in Rockville, MD.

AGE GROUP COACH OF THE YEAR:
Voted as Age Group Coach of the Year, by his peers, was Dennis
Flores of ZEUS. Dennis has been coaching 5 years and swam competitively himself. Off the pool deck, Dennis is CSI's Junior
Coach Representative and will be representing CSI coaches at the
United States Aquatic Sports Convention in September in Atlanta,
GA. Congratulations, Dennis!
