Teleconference Meeting
Chair Sean Farrell called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM. This meeting was conducted via teleconference.
Present: Jeff Allen, Peter Boucher, Sean Farrell and Bill Krumm, Christine Pelham and Barry Silver.
Absent: Bill Ball, Kayleigh Boucher, Nick Cavataro, Eryn Crane, Jason Paige, Dave Reilly, Barry Silver, Todd Stevens and Meg Whitaker.
Also Present: Nan Cooper
Approval of Agenda: Approved as amended. Order of events for Regional Championships was added under New Business.
Approval of Minutes: February 8, 2005 minutes were approved.
Old Business

New Business
2005-2006 Short Course Championship Schedule: Motion made to approve the following 2006 Short Course Championship schedule:
Feb. 24-26 Regional Championships
Mar. 9-12 Age Group Championship
Mar. 16-19 Senior Championship
Friendly amendment to move Regional Championships to March 3-5, 2005, so that it does not fall on school vacation and participation will increase. Approved.
Application Process for Sanction/Approval for unscheduled CSI meets: Forwarded to Program Operations Division.
Order of events for Regional Championships: The following order was approved.
15/18 400 Free Alternate girls and boys, fastest to slowest
13/14 400 Free "
11/12 400 Free "
10/U 400 Free "
15/18 400 IM
13/14 400 IM
Committee Reports
Senior Committee: Senior Championship meet announcement is posted and there has been interest from out of state teams. Over-subscription—no bonus events and teams will be cut if necessary.
Age Group: See report distributed at the House of Delegates
Technical Planning: Not present.
Next Meeting, June 14, 2005- cancelled
