Absent without notice: Bill Ball, Haley Smith, Stuart Ainsworth

Called to order at 7:30.

Approved Agenda as presented

Approved Minutes of 1/10/06 and 5/16/06

Senior – Approved Short Course Meet Changes and Meet Announcement.

Discussed Travel Reimbursement Policy and approved and passed

on to the Board of Directors for their approval.

Senior Athlete of the Year: Dan Madwed (Sharks),

Coach of the Year: Rick Lewis (Sharks)

Age Group – Approved Short Course Meet Announcement and Time Standards

with changes to the 1000 and 1650

Technical Planning – No Report … Looking to get up and going

Other Business: Discussion of Long Course Schedule. Dates tabled until next meeting

for Age Group and Senior committees to discuss further.
