Asst. Swim Coach -Salaried Position--Working under the direction of the Head Coach and Director in a Private Pool setting with a team of approx 100 swimmers. Position begins in early June through early August. The position is working with children ranging in ages from 4-17 yrs. old. The typical day includes practices M-F 8:30-12:30 PM with Saturday meets and some Wednesday afternoon meets.  

Preferred candidates will have competitive swimming experience & age- group coaching experience who will take initiative in developing swimmers’ strokes and improving times. The preferred candidate will enjoy working with young children & comfortable talking with parents. Certifications as First Aid, WSI and Lifeguard are a plus but not required.
