Asssistant Swim Coach  ~   Saint Joseph College-CT 

Job Description:

The primary function of the assistant swim coach is to assist in all areas designated by the head coach including but not limited to recruitment, supervision of athletes, training, technical evaluations of swimmers, fundraising, organization of travel and transportation, home meet management, statistics and record keeping. There may be additional coaching opportunities duties within the Blue Jay program.   

Applicant must have previous high school, club or collegiate coaching experience and be a certified lifeguard. Previous experience teaching swim lessons or coaching competitive swim camps preferred. Knowledge of Hytek Team/ Meet Manager and Colorado Timing Systems is also preferred.
