The Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut Mako swim team is seeking an experienced individual to fill the newly created position of Head Age Group Coach. The position is full time, exempt with a full range of benefits and a salary commensurate with experience.  The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, experience coaching all age groups and managing other coaches, minimum ASCA Level 2 certification, a good working knowledge of Hy-Tek and seek to assume additional responsibility as the team grows.  The applicant must have current CPR, first aid, lifeguard, and coach’s safety training certifications.  To learn more about the Mako program visit www.makoswim.org.  Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume and three references to Sandi Lubin at 2 Huckleberry Hill Rd., Brookfield, CT 06804 or by email to slubin@regionalymca.org.
