CSI clubs to enter the Open Water Championships using swim software. This will allow the meet results to be imported into the best times database and banquet database (mini-mile results are not uploaded into FAST or banquet database). If a club wishes to enter using meet software, please follow these instructions:
1. Download meet file.
2. Enter swimmers. DISREGARD times. Times can be NT or completely wrong. There is NO seeding at open water meets. The important thing is to have the swimmer's name, age and USA # on the entry. Do use "unattached" designation if necessary. Enter "mini-milers" in this file also even though it says "1650".
3. Finalize and print entry. Printed entry must include NAME, AGE and USA REGISTRATION #.
4. EMAIL the entry to Nan Cooper at office@ctswim.org
5. SNAIL MAIL the paper entry and check to Dave Parcells
by June 23rd.
Do NOT send a DISK. DO send a CHECK.
