Swimmers must be registered members of USA Swimming for 2004 season, please make sure to include their up-to-date registration numbers with the entry.  Age group will be determined by age as of October 24, 2004.  Swimmers are limited to four (4) individual events per session or 5 for the meet.  If a session is oversubscribed, 7/U swimmers will be cut, then relays, then swimmers events will be limited to 3.  Please indicate on the hardcopy, which event would be the 4th event for any swimmer.  If the meet remains oversubscribed, further cuts will be made based on the order in which entries were received.  Entries are to be submitted in SHORT COURSE YARD TIMES.

All teams are encouraged to send their entry on disk using the LSA Swim Meet/Swim Team program or Hytek in USA Standard Data Interchange Format (a disk in SDIF).  A disk must accompany all computer-generated entries.  If you choose to send your entry via email you must still mail a paper printout (mandatory) of the entry with your check for your entry to be considered valid.

Unattached swimmers must be clearly indicated in red alongside the swimmer’s name.  Information contained on the original computer generated paper copy will be considered the official document of entry and supersedes any information contained on electronic disk or file with respect to resolution of errors/discrepancies.  Meet results will be provided on disk to any team submitting its entries on disk.  Teams with 10 or more swimmers will be assessed $1 per swimmer if the entry is submitted on paper, without a disk.  Entry chairpersons are encouraged to provide an e-mail address along with their phone number.
