Non-Athlete Online Registration

CSI coaches, officials and other volunteers may register and pay online.
Conditions of membership are: USA Swimming background check and Athlete Protection Test. Both items must be completed and passed.

This submittal form is to be used only for online registration and credit card payment.
For new applicants: Complete the USA Swimming background check and Athlete Protection Test. The latter takes approximately 45 minutes.
For renewing members: Complete the Athlete Protection Test (approximately 45 minutes). If your background check expires in the next few months or has expired, complete the USA Swimming background check.
Complete the CSI online application form and click "Submit." Then go to http://shop.ctswim.org and make payment.
Payments are made by credit card: MasterCard or VISA. Debit cards may be used if they do not require entering a PIN number.
If you skip either the application or the payment, your registration will be dropped and you will not be registered.
You will receive an email confirmation of payment. Please keep this for your records.
Under normal circumstances, allow 24 to 48 hours for registrations to be processed. Allow up to 2 weeks for the background check to clear. There is a 2 week grace period with regard to background checks. NOTE: Coaches- coach cards will be held if credentials are expired or incomplete. Coaches will receive a coach card when all requirements are met.
