- Wednesday, August 10: Regional Championship Bid Deadline
- Tuesday, August 16: Regularly Scheduled Meet Bid Deadline
- Friday, September 9: Meet Announcement deadline for 2016 meets.
- Friday, September 9: Meet Acceptance Form and Sanction Deposit deadline for all meets.
- Friday, October 14: Meet Announcement deadline for 2017 meets, including Regional Championships.
Athlete Travel Assistance program for the 2015-2016 is open. An online request using My Account. (Instructions) and receipts, except for Sectional meets, must be submitted by the deadline Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
The Coach Education Grant application is open. Grants up to $500 per coach will be awarded for the 2015-2016 season. Deadline: Monday, September 12, 2016.
