Coaches may cast 1 ballot for Bill Krumm Age Group Coach of the Year and 1 ballot for Senior Coach of the Year by logging into their FAST My Account. (Instructions for creating a My Account.) The election closes Friday, August 4.

- Monday, July 31: Regularly Scheduled Meet Bid Deadline
- Friday, September 8: Meet Announcement deadline for 2017 meets. Meet Acceptance Form and Sanction Deposit deadline for all meets.
- Friday, October 13: Meet Announcement deadline for 2018 meets.
- Friday, October 13: Regional Championships meet announcement information deadline.
