The CSI Top 16 PREVIEW List is posted.
- Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Connecticut Top 16 times for 2019-2020 are compiled from all sanctioned, approved, and observed meets held between September 1, 2019 and March 11, 2020, in an individual event within the following age groups: 10/U, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16, 17/18 and Senior.
- The deadline to submit a correction is September 29, 2020. Please send corrections to Times Officer Ginger McCurdy.
- Athletes receiving final CSI Top 16 recognition may place an online order for a Top 16 plaque. Online orders will open October 2 and will close October 30. Plaques and a Top 16 patch will be shipped individually to the athlete's home address.

Return To Competition Parameters, approved at the September 15 Board of Directors meeting, are posted on the Meet Management page and listed below.
- “Return To Competition” (RTC) is borrowed from USA Swimming.
- Return to Competition definition: As the Long Course season was cancelled, and the Short Course season is still in the future, Return to Competition (RTC) will be the name of the season commencing August 1, 2020 and ending TBD.
- The House of Delegates attendance requirement is waived for clubs wishing to apply for a sanction.
- RTC times will be official and loaded into SWIMS and FAST, assuming USA Swimming Technical Rules are followed.
- RTC meets will not be eligible for CSI program recognition such as Top 16, Scholar Athlete, Travel Assistance, etc.
- By Invitation meet requirements are waived.
- The Sanction Deposit Policy and Surcharge Policy are waived for RTC meets where no fees normally subject to surcharge are collected.
- CSI reserves the right to implement the Sanction Deposit Policy and Surcharge Policy if fees of any kind are collected. Collection of fees is subject to approval by Program Operations at the time the sanction/approval is issued. Retroactive collection of fees is not permitted.
- No blackout dates.
- All the above is subject to change should USA Swimming modify its LSC sanction requirements, public health mandates change, or other mandate imposed by a governing body.
