Please join us Sunday November 6TH at 1:00pm (check-in/registration begins at Noon) for the 2025-26 Annual Awards Celebration!

Deadlines - DATES WILL BE POSTED IN 2026
- October at 11:59 - (Opens 9/1) BANQUET JACKET ON-LINE ORDERING
- Please note swimmers who are invited to the banquet may order this jacket. We ask that all swimmers and parents adhere to this stipulation.
- FYI, there is a shipping cost that is added at checkout.
- October at 11:59p - Deadline to attend banquet and receive awards.
- This is the latest deadline for a banquet we have ever had. With that said, there is only ONE deadline this year.
- Banquet cost is $48.00 per person. This includes the celebration, meal, plaque and Top 16 patch.
- If you have more than one swimmer attending, you MUST fill out more than one form.
- Swimmer and parent Registration form- link disabled
- Note each top 16 athlete and/or scholar-athlete needs their own form in order to receive an award.
- Please check and double check that you entered your child's name correctly.

- Please note Coaches of the Year and Staff of the Year are comped. If you win, please use RSVP form below.
- Plaque order ONLY
- Please note, for the 2nd time CT Swim is allowing swimmers to receive and awards plaque without attending the banquet. CT Swim will NOT mail out plaques. Swimmers who want to take advantage of this, MUST figure out how to receive their plaque. All plaques will be at the banquet.

Selection Criteria
- Recognition is extended to Scholar-Athletes and athletes achieving Connecticut Top 16 times. The CSI Top 16 times are compiled from sanctioned, approved, and observed meets held during the 2024-2025 short and long course seasons, September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025, in an individual event within the following age groups: 10/U, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16, 17/18 and Senior.
- To view CSI Top 16 Times for all meets run the Top Times FAST query.
- Recognition is not based upon championship meet place finish.
Award Plaques:
- Will be awarded at the banquet ONLY.
Scholar Athlete Certificates:
- Will be awarded at the banquet ONLY.
